It wouldn't be a cyberpunk setting without body modifications, right?
Body modifications in Dualis come in two flavors, cybernetic implants and magic tattoos. There are a number of shops in the city that provide these services; some are specialized in only a few offerings, while others have a wider variety available. Feel free to handwave your characters obtaining these modifications wherever you'd like, once it's approved below. If you come up with a shop that you think might be useful to other players or eventual plot, please add it to the locations page!
Cybernetic implants alter a character's physical characteristics and come in three sizes - small, medium, and large. Small implants are things like bionic vision, enhanced hearing, a metal tooth that picks up radio frequencies, etc. - these cost 100 duos apiece. Medium implants include things like enhanced speed and increased strength, and cost 200 duos apiece. Large implants usually include something that replaces a limb or major organ entirely, and cost 400 duos apiece.
Magic tattoos can be of any design and almost any ability short of high-range teleportation or anything world- or game-breaking - if you're unsure, check with a mod. You can reference the list of D&D spells for inspiration or choose something available from your character's canon. Small spells - the equivalent of cantrip-3rd level spells - cost 100 duos to acquire. Medium spells - 4-6th level - cost 200 duos to acquire. Large spells - 7th-9th level - cost 400 duos apiece.
All new arrivals are given a voucher for one free small implant or tattoo in their welcome packages, though they are not obligated to use them. Characters may acquire up to a total of twelve body modifications in any combination of implants and magic tattoos.

Name of spell and brief description: Light Shield - A concave 6ft tall by 2ft wide elemental shield that the user can make appear within a 6ft radius. Can also be placed horizontally or at various angles. Good against physical and magical attacks but will 'shatter' when placed under constant assault or extreme impact. The light element counters darkness and allows it to gently illuminate the immediate area. Not very helpful as a light source unless the person is already super farsighted.

Small areas/injuries (hand, forearm, burns, small cuts) require only a few seconds while larger ones take longer. Due to its restorative qualities, the freeze aspect is only cold and restricts movement without causing freeze damage. Effective range is 6 feet.

as a side note: no summoning of outside forces is possible in dualis, but summoning is slightly different from conjuring. the fey spirits that are conjured with this spell into animal forms already exist in the location, and make their habitat the swamplands to the east of the city proper.

Name of spell (if established and applicable) and brief description (spells and implants): Seeming - An illusion spell that allows Nida to alter the appearance of himself and up to four other people for four hours at a time. It can make someone look up to a foot taller or shorter, make them look thinner or fatter, alter the appearance of their features and clothes, and even hide weapons. However none of this stands up to physical inspection. If someone is shorter and you try to pat their head, your hand will run into where their body actually is. And up close inspections would be able to be seen through by Iterations, but from a distance or a cursory glance would not provoke notice. Nida can dismiss the illusions earlier.

I am basing the power on this spell but weakening and making it last a touch longer and paying the same large tattoo cost. This is a channeled spell that causes a storm centered above where Nida was standing at the moment he first starts channeling it. For the first minute the storm brings down heavy rain, strong winds and thunder/lightning. It is only a natural storm at this time. If Nida keeps focused on the storm, during the second minute hail the size of golf balls start to fall, which can break glass and pummel people and structures. If maintained to three minutes the storm and hail continues, but Nida becomes able to call lightning bolts down onto targets. These bolts, magically created, are not NEARLY as strong as actual lightning, but could fry electronics and cause serious pain but not mortal wounds. He can call down only three bolts per minute through the rest of the channeling (total of nine bolts). If maintained to four minutes the rain becomes freezing rain, coating all surfaces in ice and making terrain dangerous. In the fifth minute the winds pick up to gale force and can knock over someone who has not braced themselves, before the winds grow so strong that, just as the storm is about to hit six minutes, the winds blow the storm away and it dissipates completely.While channeling the storm Nida has to stay still or else he breaks the spell. It can be cast indoors but this prevents the lightning bolts from happening. Nida can end the spell by ceasing his focus on it, but it can also be ended by someone striking him, shaking him, or knocking him over or something similar. Basically it serves as a REALLY good cover for other people to escape or to break up large crowds. Maintaining it even to the three minute mark requires serious focus and is not likely if anyone is trying to stop him. After using the spell Nida cannot cast it again for two days per number of minutes maintained. Thus up to a minute is two days before he can cast it again, and if he gets through the full five minutes he can't use the spell for ten days.

It is invisible to everyone and invulnerable. Anyone that approaches within thirty feet of it without speaking the password (Gongaga), the hound will start barking loudly, audible to anyone around. If the individual continues further forward without Zack calming the hound, it will bite and try and hold the person back. This bite causes no injury, but feels like a vice gripping the body part and holding the individual in place.

The stone is either 6 inches thick with 10ftx10ft panels or 3 inch thick with 10ftx20ft panels. The walls can be breached with force, or scaled given they are rough. The walls last ten minutes before crumbling after the initial casting unless the spell is focused on. If the spell is actively maintained for more than three continuous hours, one panel (to either specification above), remains.

He's still not amazing at using it, and does it sometimes without thinking. So I'd like to continue that trend, like accidentally causing someone else's phone to open unwanted apps or cause static in something when he's angry. His emotional reactions and wants would affect how he can use his mod.
